ABOUT ME
Dr Dimitar Chotorov is a dental practitioner who graduated with honours from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at Medical University of Sofia.
Part of his education took place at Sigmund Freud University, Vienna and University of Insubria, Italy where he developed a strong professional interest in contemporary approaches to aesthetic and restorative dentistry.

How long does an initial examination take?
At the first visit, in addition to assessing the condition of the teeth, the gums and oral mucosa are also examined. Photographic documentation is performed, and radiographic imaging is prescribed when necessary.
This establishes an initial baseline, which serves as a reference point for monitoring treatment over time. In the event of tooth loss or trauma, it allows us to have a record of the natural appearance of the tissues and smile prior to any changes.
The initial examination takes approximately 40 minutes.
Do you provide orthodontic consultations?
We do not have an in-house orthodontic specialist in our practice. However, each member of our team is trained to identify common dento-maxillary anomalies, and when necessary, we will refer you to a specialised orthodontic clinic for treatment planning.
