Graduated from the Medical University, Sofia, with distinction in the state examinations. Part of his training was completed at the private Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, and at the Università degli Studi dell’Insubria in Italy as well.

Dr Dimitar Chotorov treats children and provides dental consultations for pregnant women, women planning pregnancy, as well as during the first months after childbirth.
Other activities
He participates in the organisation and implementation of campaigns related to the prevention and promotion of children’s oral health. These events were held in shopping centres and kindergartens in the capital, where children and their parents were introduced to proper habits for good oral hygiene.
Lecturer at the first scientific and practical conference on “Emergency medicine in disaster situations, terrorism and severe trauma”. Presented topic: “First aid in maxillofacial trauma”.
